Cmbio is a world-leading provider of research services within the rapidly growing microbiome and metabolome fields. Through our research services, we support clients in academia, biotech, health care, nutrition, and pharma globally. We are a diverse and multinational company with sites in both Denmark and the US.
We are looking for a part-time student assistant (10-20 hours per week) to join our team and help with the day-to-day management of our Microsoft platform. Work will be at our sites in Østerbro and/or Vedbæk (based on the preferences of the successful candidate) with the possibility for some remote work as well.
Your main responsibilities and tasks will be
- Managing day-to-day IT tasks, e.g., creating and deleting user accounts, managing security and distribution groups, Managing SharePoint permissions, provide user support for basic troubleshooting tasks related to Microsoft 365 tools
- Secure IT governance, e.g., writing documentation on the management of the Microsoft platform
- Support the development and maintenance of Cmbio's IT strategy, e.g., mapping IT systems
- Ad-hoc task, e.g., supporting the development of reporting tools and data quality across relevant systems
It is required that you have:
- Experience managing Microsoft platforms (e.g., creating and deleting users, managing access rights, setting policies)
- Experience using PowerShell
- The ability to work independently once given a specific task
- General IT savviness
- Full professional working proficiency in English
