Job description:
- Create LinkedIn-first content (carousels, newsletters, cover images, etc)
- Concept and collaborate on visual content — posters, covers, campaigns
- Design visuals and brand assets using Figma, Canva, and Gamma (we’ve got a clean brand book already)
- Occasional video editing (only for SoMe)
- Work closely with two co-founders who value your voice and give constructive, thoughtful feedback.
- Take initiative — and take creative ownership of your work.

- Strong visual instinct and creative strategy mind
- Comfortable owning content, and brave enough to pitch ideas
- Knows what good design looks like — and how it performs online
- Interested in the mental well-being/work culture space
- Proactive, curious, independent — but loves thoughtful feedback
