Who we are
Cmbio is a rapidly growing contract research company at the forefront of microbiome research. Cmbio is the result of a merger between Clinical Microbiomics, CosmosID, MS-Omics, and DNAsense. With more than 100 scientists across the world, we offer end-to-end microbiome research services spanning multi-omics wet labs and advanced bioinformatics.
We are known for our scientific rigor, creative thinking, and close collaboration with clients. Our mission is to transform health and sustainability through microbiome science.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a candidate with the following profile:
- Studying a relevant master's degree (bioinformatics or similar) or in the last year of the bachelor's degree. You must have at least one year of studies left.
- Experience with programming in R and Linux is required.
- Experience with microbiome research, metagenomics, and/or git is considered a plus, but not required.
- Living and studying in the greater Copenhagen area
