Dawn Health is a leading Digital Health product company partnering with some of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies to create innovative, patient-focused digital solutions. We help life science leaders bring their vision to life through modern, scalable, and compliant software products that improve treatment experiences and make a real difference in patients’ lives worldwide.
About the Role
Join us at the intersection of technology, healthcare, and innovation. As a System Engineer at Dawn Health, you will work on projects that power global pharma’s digital offerings, helping patients better manage their health and treatment journeys. This role is a perfect fit if you want to be hands-on in shaping system requirements, owning the verification process, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a DevOps-driven environment.
Rather than focusing solely on medical device regulations, you’ll be contributing to modern SaaS solutions that still meet the high quality and reliability standards the life sciences sector demands - without losing the speed and agility of digital product development.
As a Systems Engineer, your responsibilities will be to:
- Collaborate with product, development, and QA teams to define and document system requirements
- Own and drive the verification process to ensure systems meet functional, performance, and reliability goals
- Support cross-functional teams through design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement
- Work closely with our DevOps to ensure smooth integrations, deployments, and environment management
- Participate in risk assessment and help identify solutions to improve system robustness and patient impact
- Stay engaged with industry trends in SaaS and life sciences to keep our solutions leading-edge
What We Offer
At Dawn Health, you’ll be part of a purpose-driven organization where your work will directly contribute to improving healthcare. More so we offer:
- An impactful role: Support the creation of healthcare solutions that save lives.
- A collaborative team: Join passionate, skilled colleagues who value teamwork and fun.
- Growth opportunities: Learn and grow in a supportive, innovative environment.
- Work-life balance: We know how important it is to balance work and personal life.
So, who are you?
You’re an engineer who enjoys connecting the dots between requirements, implementation, and verification. You thrive in collaborative environments and like to see the real-world impact of your work. You don’t need decades of experience - we value curiosity, ownership, and a willingness to learn about the life sciences space.
Your background likely includes:
- Solid technical skills and experience in system engineering or similar roles
- Understanding of software development processes and verification activities
- Familiarity with SaaS architectures and DevOps workflows
- An interest in healthcare and making a positive impact on patients’ lives
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
