The Opportunity:
At Dawn Health we are continuously looking for new ways of increasing the value of the Digital health products that we make. In this context we are working with AI, ML and LLM solutions across a number of different use cases ranging depending on the specific digital product. As part of the AI team you will be responsible for developing and testing solutions based on commercially models or tailor made solutions. We have a platform approach and as part of this you will support the team in ensuring that solutions can be used across a number of products. We have a problem first approach and a philosophy of using off-the-shelf technologies where possible.
About You:
- Hands on experience working with AI/ML solutions
- Have experience with testing and verification and validation of ML or AI solutions
- Have experience with NLP/LLM solutions
- Detail oriented and used to working in an environment with tight documentation requirements
- Experience in natural language processing (NLP) concepts such as tokenization, embeddings, RAG, and transformers
- You are collaborative and thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Bonus points:
- Experience with medical devices or in a pharma context
- Programming abilities in Python, with experience in ML libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and Scikit-learn. Programming skills in .NET and C#
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop product specific solutions based on LLM and GenAI solutions
- Own the process for AI model and solution evaluation
- Verification and fine-tuning of AI solutions
- Execute data strategies for AI solutions
- Own data set creation for verification activities
- Own verification strategy for AI product solutions
- Quality assurance and review on ML/AI solutions in DH products
