Currently, we are looking for a new Senior Talent Acquisition Partner & Team Lead who can support our growth journey and set the strategic direction and attract top talent throughout the whole organization. You will be part of our People & Organization team which consist of 14 colleagues covering HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, Total Rewards, and our newly established Organizational Learning & Development function. In this role you will report to the Senior Director, Head of Organizational Learning & Development.
This role requires a strategic thinker with motivational leadership skills and a keen eye for identifying top talent. You will be responsible for continuing the development of our talent acquisition function and employer branding efforts and be an operational team lead driving recruitment processes and lead a team of two TA Partners to ensure a high level of service to the whole Zealand Pharma organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, a passion for leading people, and we hope that you will thrive with the following responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Set the strategic and operational direction for Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding.
- Coordinate TA activities to ensure qualitative and effective recruitment processes.
- Driving your own portfolio of recruitment processes proactively from A-Z.
- Partner with hiring managers and provide guidance and support on interview best practices and unbiased selection criteria.
- Ensure the candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Source niche candidate profiles using various methods, including job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and employer branding.
- Support the overall P&O agenda with various projects and initiatives related to Talent Attraction.
Candidate Profile
To be a success in this role the most important trait is your interest in people and that you bring a positive can-do-attitude. Furthermore, we hope that you can tick as many as the following boxes:
- A degree in human resources, business administration, or similar.
- Solid experience from an inhouse talent acquisition function.
- Preferably knowledge from the pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated industry.
- Experience using psychometrics assessment tools.
- Proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively source niche candidate profiles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive and self-driven attitude and a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English.
