What does a Customer Support Assistant do at Eupry?
As our Full Time Customer Support Assistant, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional assistance and guidance to customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products and services. Your flexible schedule may include both day and evening shifts, allowing you to connect with customers across different time zones via phone, email.
In this role some of your key responsibilities will be to:
- Respond to customer tickets in a timely and accurate way, via phone or email.
- Report product malfunctions
- Share customer information with team members
An excellent communicator that is passionate about top-notch customer service

- Strong problem-solving skills
- Service-minded with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Excellent fluency in English
- Proficiency in Danish or any other language is a plus
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role would be advantageous
- Technical understanding of WiFi services is considered a plus
- Must have a working permit in Denmark and residency in Denmark or Øresund Region
Your new Operations Team
Eupry's team consists of over 20 nationalities, all working together on a mission to create user-friendly storage compliance solutions that will significantly improve the way our medicine, food, and other sensitive goods are stored and transported. As a member of the Customer Support team, you will be reporting to the Customer Support Manager Michaela Kazandjieva.
