The Opportunity:
Dawn Health is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to be responsible for service delivery performance and execution of our products as well as the IT systems used in Service Management. The position will be divided between working with our products which are in operations and maintenance, and our internal systems (e.g., ITSM, Azure DevOps, App stores) used as part of service management. You will have the opportunity to work in an industry that actively collaborates across the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Tech industry. You will be joining our TechOps team.

You May Have:
- Experience within service delivery or have previously been working as compliance/service manager/incident manager/change manager
- Basic knowledge of databases (Azure) and their infrastructure; practical knowledge of platform maintenance (vulnerability, security baseline, lifecycle management)
- Experience with writing compliance documentation
- Experience as a system administrator is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with Quality Standards (e.g., ISO/IEC standards)
Your Responsibilities:
- Mature, streamline, and automate Operations and Maintenance activities for Dawn Health’s mobile apps, web apps, and backend applications.
- Ensure efficient operation within the agreed SLA, e.g., through effective monitoring/alerting and continuous improvement measures.
- Handle service requests from end-users and customers, including incident handling.
- Monitoring external platforms (Microsoft Azure, Apple iOS, Google Android) for Changes, Incidents and Cybersecurity events together with the Developers.
- Become super user of the IT systems used as part of service management and ensure their validated state.
- Work together with other departments to ensure the validation of IT systems.
- Ensure that compliance tasks such as CAPAs and nonconformities are properly handled and followed up upon.
- Ensure processes are documented and maintained.
