- Write study protocols, analyze and interpret data, and report study results.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, from technicians to Sponsor representatives.
- Contribute to the development and establishment of new animal models, primarily within oncology, in collaboration with scientists and technicians.
- Actively participate in the daily work within the animal facility.
Qualifications:
While experience from academia or industry is highly valued, we encourage you to apply if you are eager to learn.
- A MSc or a PhD in biology, pharmacology, veterinary medicine, or a related field. A background in in vivo pharmacology (rodents) is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with rodent animal techniques (e.g. handling, different dosing regimens and surgical techniques).
- Previous work experience with oncology animal models, radioactivity and/or molecular imaging techniques is an advantage.
- Diploma in laboratory animal science equivalent to FELASA category AD is required.
- Ability to plan, execute, and report internal and external projects in collaboration with scientists.
