Role Overview
As Director, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong client relationships. From day one, you’ll engage with our established clients across the globe, supporting them in achieving their strategic goals. We are seeking someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, ready to embrace new challenges and take on additional responsibilities as the company continues to grow.
You will lead and coach your team to achieve high performance and continuous professional development. Acting as a playing coach, you will both mentor and inspire your team to maintain strong engagement, while remaining hands-on and deeply involved in client projects. Serving as the primary link between our clients and internal teams, you will focus on delivering innovative, value-driven solutions—leading your team with positivity, pragmatism, and purpose.
Key Responsibilities
- Management & Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of high performing consultants.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture client relationships to ensure ijovi remains their preferred agency.
- Project Coordination: Manage and oversee client projects from planning through to the delivery of results.
- Client Satisfaction: Meet and exceed client expectations while managing tight deadlines.
- Strategic Insight: Provide strategic input on how our solutions can enhance clients’ brand strategies and broader initiatives.
- Budget Management: Ensure all projects are delivered on budget and within financial parameters.

- Customer Satisfaction – Strengthen client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Employee Satisfaction – Create strong employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Revenue Growth – Achieve sales targets and drive measurable business expansion.

Qualifications & Experience
- 4+ years of experience within a global role in either a pharmaceutical/biotech or consulting focusing on the pharmaceutical industry.
- Previous experience with people management.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or Life Sciences.
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
