About the role
Are you ready to shape the backbone of a fast-growing company? We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic Supply Chain & Operations Manager to drive our operations across Retail and B2B channels, helping us scale efficiently while keeping customers happy, quality high, and costs in check. As an experienced profile you bring a well-developed sense of judgment, the ability to anticipate/forecast challenges before they materialise, and proven track-record of building resilient processes. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the founding team.
This is not just an operations role — you’ll own the end-to-end supply chain, from orders and stock management to supplier relationships, production, logistics, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll thrive on problem-solving, building processes from the ground up, and making high-impact decisions in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Location & Work Setup
This role is based in our office in Copenhagen, with regular on-site presence required to collaborate closely with the team. Some flexibility for remote work can be discussed.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the Flow: Manage orders, deliveries, invoicing, and reporting with precision.
- Optimize Stock & Costs: Balance inventory, cash flow, and margin protection across products, ingredients and raw materials.
- Partner Strategically: Negotiate with suppliers, logistics providers, and production partners to ensure reliability and scale.
- Drive Resilience: Manage risks, ensure traceability, food safety compliance, and maintain operational readiness for disruptions.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with R&D, commercial, and management teams to turn forecasts into action and launch products on time.
What Success Looks Like:
- A reliable, scalable supply chain that supports growth across Retail and B2B.
- Healthy inventory levels, strong supplier partnerships, and controlled costs.
- Operational confidence — the business is ready to scale without constant firefighting.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in supply chain or operations, with strong exposure to retail and B2B within the FMCG-environment.
- Proven experience in supplier negotiations, stock optimization, and cost control.
- Hands-on, agile, and able to thrive in a fast-growing, scale-up environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, traceability, and regulatory compliance is a plus.
