🌍 Enzidia is Hiring! — Join us to be part of the decisive factor for humanity’s sustainability transition.
Enzidia was founded in early 2024 to unleash the biomanufacturing revolution through a breakthrough technology platform that accelerates the industry's core hardware (enzymes) like never before.
For 18 months, we stayed maximally lean, agile, and resourceful to build a strong foundation before scaling. Today, that foundation is in solid place:
- Proven breakthrough technologies for low-cost and massive-scale enzyme acceleration and data collection.
- Patent protections filed for our core innovations.
- Company logistics running smoothly.
- A deep understanding of the industry – from a global perspective down to the ground-level technical and market conditions of >200 individual bioproducts.
- Commercial partnerships with wide interests across the global biomanufacturing industry.
- Close collaborations with world-leading research groups and talents for continuous innovation.
It’s time to scale faster. The climate and environmental crises won’t wait. Neither will Enzidia.
We are now opening our doors to talents with the greatest potential from all over the world to join this journey and make a real dent on humanity’s biggest collective challenges.

🌱 Why Join Enzidia?
Every now and then, a breakthrough changes an entire industry, and even how our society works:
·      Semiconductors - 100x faster than transistors - transformed how we work with information.
·      GPUs - 100x faster than CPUs - unlocked the AI revolution.
·      Recombinant DNA and next-gen sequencing redefined biotechnology.
We believe the ENZIDIA enzyme engineering platform is that breakthrough for biomanufacturing, a field holding the key to the remaining challenges of humanity’s sustainability transition.
Enzymes are the world’s most powerful manufacturing machines. Imagine Earth without enzymes. It will be of barren lands and sterile sea, rocks and deserts. Enzymes made the entire organic living world possible. Even fossil fuels, the feedstock of today’s economy, came eventually from enzymes’ work. They are not the predominant human manufacturing approach yet only because we hadn’t had the best way to tame them.
With evolution speeds 10 million times faster and AI-directed data collection 1000x greater than mainstream platforms (and even more than nature), we can accelerate nature’s most powerful manufacturing machines like never before. The scale of revolution this can unleash is hard to predict, but it won’t be small. Better yet, the way we do it is endlessly fun, highly multi-disciplinary, and never boring.
----
You should not join Enzidia for the notion that Enzidia is already strong and successful. There are lots of stronger companies out there today, and we are far from claiming success yet.
You should join Enzidia if you believe this is, among all your opportunities:
1.    An organization doing the right things, both in the mission and the effectiveness of its approach.
2.    A team that can bring out your greatest potential and turn it into real solutions.
3.    A place where your efforts can make the greatest positive impact for the world.
In short: you should join Enzidia if you believe it is the most worthwhile place to devote your energy in the coming years. We are not strong and successful today. You get to make it so through what you do.
Having the potential and all the essential elements is one thing; getting it done is another. Success comes with stumbling, learning, and relentless persistence. Nothing great is easy to achieve. We are looking for those who are not intimidated, but excited, by such a journey.
