We’re hiring a
Student Assistant (15 hours/week) in
Copenhagen to work closely with our AI engineering team on the practical foundations that make our models and evaluations improve week by week. This is a paid, hands-on role with real ownership and visible impact.
What You’ll Do
- Own a scoped project that upgrades how we collect, validate, or evaluate behavioral-signal data: something that makes the team faster and the product better.
- Create a ‘gold slice’ benchmark (small but high-signal) to track improvements on the hard machine learning cases that matter.
- Improve consistency and auditability so results are trustworthy and repeatable, not “works on my machine.”
- Ship practical tooling: contribute to internal scripts/utilities that make engineers faster: running experiments, comparing results, and keeping artifacts organized.
Who We’re Looking For
- You're comfortable with scripting (Python, JavaScript, or similar) and can quickly prototype solutions to automate data processing tasks. You're handy with code and can turn ideas into working scripts efficiently.
- You're currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- You're comfortable figuring things out independently and don't need constant direction. When you encounter obstacles, you find creative solutions and know when to ask for help.
- You can explain technical concepts clearly in writing and speech.
- You are good at prioritizing and balancing multiple tasks, and flexible when changes occur.
