Be the new Associate IT Cloud Engineer
Are you passionate about technology and love helping people? Zealand Pharma is on the lookout for a friendly and skilled Associate IT Cloud Engineer to join our cloud engineering team. The ideal candidate will have varied experience in Azure and be able to work closely with colleagues to continue to bring the Zealand Pharma workloads to the cloud.
As Associate IT Cloud Engineer at Zealand Pharma A/S, you will work with the Senior Director, IT Infrastructure and Operations, other IT colleagues, and stakeholders across the company to operate cloud infrastructure solutions and support existing systems. The environment includes mostly Microsoft platforms, both on-premise and in the cloud.
Responsibilities:
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Manage user accounts, licenses, and groups via the Microsoft 365 admin center and PowerShell.
- Support identity and access management in Entra ID, including lifecycle and group management.
- Configure and maintain Conditional Access, MFA, and role-based access controls.
- Implement and troubleshoot SSO integrations and identity-related issues.
- Configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for email authentication and security.
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, Azure Automation, and Logic Apps.
- Collaborate with IT teams and respond to service tickets related to M365, access, and authentication.
Candidate profile:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID in operational environments.
- Skilled in writing and using PowerShell scripts for automation and task efficiency.
- Solid understanding of email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and mail flow management.
- Knowledge of core networking principles such as DNS, DHCP, NAT, and firewalls.
- Familiarity with modern authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
- Experience using Microsoft Graph API for automation and data integration.
- Practical use of Azure Automation and Logic Apps for orchestrating IT workflows.
- Exposure to working in regulated environments (e.g., GxP-compliant systems in life sciences).
Education:
- 2+ years in a similar technical position.

- Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and prioritize projects independently.
- Demonstrable excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills verbally as well as in writing.
