About the role
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to end-users across the organization. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. Furthermore, you will be part of a small team of two members but, within a large IT Organization.
As an IT Support Specialist your responsibilities include:
- Offer friendly and approachable support with a focus on end-user satisfaction.
- Provide first-level IT support to onsite employees and remote support to colleagues located in offices across the globe.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware issues (laptops, monitors, docking stations, peripherals).
- Support and maintain meeting room technology.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of workstations for new employees.
- Escalate complex issues to 2nd or 3rd level support as needed.
- Maintain an overview of IT assets and help with physical inventory checks.
- Collaborate with the global IT team to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations onsite.

What makes you the best person for this job?
- Recently graduated or newly educated in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Alternatively, 1–2 years of relevant experience in an IT support role.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proactive mindset and a strong capacity for rapid learning and adaptability.
- Proficiency in identifying and solving problems and implementing effective solutions.
- Cross-cultural competence with an ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
On top of this, you have the following technological knowledge:
- Windows and iOS.
- Meeting room equipment.
- 1st level troubleshooting of hardware and software.
- Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
