What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with product and engineering to drive adoption of Corti’s Dictation API and developer platform
- Shape the Corti Console to make it seamless for developers to get started, test, and scale
- Lead design across onboarding, SDK integration, error states, and activation flows—always optimizing for speed, clarity, and confidence
- Design end-to-end: from low-fi flows to high-fidelity visuals, prototypes, and supporting documentation
- Craft standout assets for launches, campaigns, and developer milestones
- Partner closely with engineers to ensure your designs ship with precision and polish
- Champion a strong design culture—sharing early, giving actionable feedback, and raising the bar
- Evolve interface patterns, UI guidelines, and design systems for developer-facing surfaces
- Influence developer strategy with deep design insight
You’ll Thrive Here If You
- Bring 5+ years of product or growth design experience—ideally in dev tools, platforms, or technical products
- Have sharp interaction and visual design skills, with a talent for untangling complex UX problems
- Are fluent in developer workflows—from generating API keys to troubleshooting 400 errors
- Are confident in Figma, and bonus points if you can prototype in code or ship UI (React is a big plus)
- Think like a developer: curious, efficient, and biased toward action
- Bonus: You’ve worked on SDKs, CLIs, or dev-facing platforms
- Bonus: You speak motion fluently—whether animating directly or collaborating closely with engineers
- Communicate clearly and empathetically in English, both written and spoken
