Be the new Security Officer

Currently, we are looking for a new Security Officer, who has experience of physical security within Facility Management, this being daily security operations but also mapping and setting up procedures. If this sounds like you, and you are ready to take on a broad area of responsibilities with an independent attitude, you are a match for us.
As Security Officer, you will be a key member of our Facility Operations team, reporting directly to the Head of Facility Operations. Facility Operations include both Facility and In-House Services. You will join a dedicated team of 11 professionals working collaboratively to support colleagues and guests by delivering high-quality and efficient services throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and support external security vendors.
- Ensure all employees and vendors are trained in relevant internal SOPs, safety and emergency protocols.
- Monitor and maintain security systems (CCTV, access control systems, alarms).
- Act as key stakeholder in designing and implementing security for future site and intermediate offices.
- Develop and implement contingency - and emergency response plans incl. NIS2
Candidate profile
- Security-related education, training or certifications.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a security role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office, security systems, and reporting tools.
- Experience in working with NIS2.
- A collaborative and open-minded colleague who can communicate effectively (in both Danish and English).
