As a Student Assistant at BII, you will become part of a vibrant, dynamic community dedicated to bringing science to life. You will work closely with our passionate Strategy Team of 2 colleagues, all committed to shaping BII’s strategic direction and managing key strategic initiatives. The team works closely with leadership, key stakeholders, and different departments to ensure the successful implementation of long-term plans.
You will gain hands-on experience in supporting strategic initiatives and use your communication skills in order to convey complex information clearly and persuasively, often in PowerPoint. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with PowerPoint presentations
- Conducting minor analysis
- Assisting with Project Management tasks
- Ad hoc assistance with various strategic projects
- Assisting with fact-finding and data collection/registration

The working hours are 10-20 hours per week, with the flexibility to accommodate studies and exams.
Professional & Personal Qualifications
We are looking for a proactive and structured problem-solver with a keen interest in strategy and project management. Ideally, you have:
- At least 1.5 years left of your studies (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
- Super-user in the MS Office package (especially PowerPoint)
- Strong visual design sense (can create professional slides)
- Ability to synthesize complex information into concise and compelling slides
- Ability to structure and simplify information (narrative building)
- Basic data visualization (charts, graphs, simple analytics in Excel)
- Fluent in Danish and English language oral and written
You thrive in a collaborative environment, are flexible, and take pride in helping the team meet deadlines.
