We are seeking a highly organised & technically oriented Customer Success Manager / Application Specialist to join our growing sales team. We’re working with hospitals and healthcare clinics around the world and your responsibility will be to help our customers to get the most out of their BoneXpert installation.
Your day will be organized around managing a large proportion of our customers around the world. This will involve getting to know their needs better, leading training sessions and coordinating a smooth license renewal process. You might also lead the creation of training materials to support your work.
We are currently based in Hørsholm, and moving an office close to Hellerup station in the first half of 2025 (latest 1st July'25)
Who are we?
Visiana combines medical imaging technologies and machine learning to automate routine tasks in radiology. Our main product – BoneXpert – is software that’s used within radiology departments around the world. BoneXpert replaces manual bone age determination with an automated solution which improves accuracy, precision and turnaround time.
Visiana pioneered the use of AI in Radiology. BoneXpert is one of the most widely used AI-software in radiology across Europe. The company runs with a sustainable economy - avoiding the need for investors.
BoneXpert is based on the value of the scientific method. More than 20 publications validate the method. Visiana is now in the scale-up stage, where we are entering new markets globally.
What could you expect to be doing on a daily basis?
Account Management of hospitals & clinics (60% of your time)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a large portion of our global customers.
- While our support team handles technical support tickets, you will focus on building even closer relationships with key stakeholders in radiology and other relevant departments.
- Training users of BoneXpert e.g. meeting with pediatric radiologists & endocrinologists who have recently deployed BoneXpert. We’ll provide you with technical training, material and assistance, but your ability to explain complex features in simple terms is critical to succeeding. This will primarily be via virtual meetings.
- Proactively seek opportunities for research collaborations and customer referrals to drive growth.
- Gather technical feedback from users to inform product development and suggest improvements or customizations where needed. You can expert to quickly become a product expert.
License Renewals Process (25% of your time)
- Proactively reach out to existing customers to initiate the license renewal process. You will follow this process through to invoicing & receipt of payment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and renewal statuses in our CRM system.
Documentation support (15% of your time)
Healthcare organizations often have documentation requirements around data protection and information security. This is usually a part of tenders, new implementations or on an ad hoc basis. We have a lot of internal documentation that covers these areas, and your ability to fill out and submit these document requests will enable you to succeed in this role. Training will of course be provided.
What we are looking for:
You bring a combination of technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in customer success. Specifically, we are looking for someone who has:
- A few years of experience in sales or customer service in a technical or healthcare-related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a major plus: particularly French, Spanish and German) and the ability to grasp technical detail and learn about bone age assessments and hospital IT infrastructure.
- Curiosity and proactivity that comes from genuine interest and enthusiasm.
- An ability to manage numerous customer relationships simultaneously. A desire to speak with & learn from our users proactively.
- Experience using CRM tools and a high attention to detail, especially when issuing quotes, managing renewals, and documenting customer interactions.
You will be at an advantage if you have:
- Technical experience or familiarity with healthcare IT systems, including PACS, RIS, DICOM, EHR systems, and how to integrate software into hospital IT networks.
- An understanding of radiology workflows and how AI and imaging technologies like BoneXpert can improve clinical efficiency and accuracy.
- An interest in scientific topics, including human biology, endocrinology and/or radiology, with a technical inclination toward medical imaging solutions.

Onboarding:
This will be a well structured few weeks, where you will spend time with colleagues from each function & learn about the product, area of medicine & renewals process. You can expect to start speaking with & meeting customers during your first week. You’ll be supported by the rest of the sales team.
