We are building out our sales team to bring BoneXpert to even more hospitals and clinics around the world. You will report to the Head of Sales and your day will be self-organized with the ultimate goal of growing revenue.

Who are we?
Visiana combines medical imaging technologies and machine learning to automate routine tasks in radiology. Our main product – BoneXpert – is software that’s used within radiology departments around the world. BoneXpert replaces manual bone age determination with an automated solution which improves accuracy and turnaround time.
BoneXpert is based on the value of the scientific method. More than 20 publications validate our work. Visiana is now in the scale-up stage, where we are growing quickly and entering new markets. The office will be based close to Hellerup train station from July 2025 onwards.
What will you be doing?
Your days will be centered around deploying BoneXpert in new hospitals, clinics, CROs and sports organizations globally.
- New business: proactively identify and engage with prospective users globally. You will be responsible for building relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and closing deals. This includes people within areas like pediatric radiology, endocrinology, orthopedics, sports science and clinical trials.
- Managing your pipeline: own and manage your sales pipeline, displaying accountability and resilience. You will develop relationships with national KOLs to advocate for BoneXpert and drive adoption within their networks.
- Broader business development: identify and forge partnerships with AI platforms, negotiate contracts with hospital chains, and explore new application areas.
- Becoming a product expert: develop deep expertise in BoneXpert’s technical capabilities and clinical benefits, enabling you to confidently demonstrate how the software improves clinical workflows.
- Displaying curiosity and proactivity: deploying new technology within hospital infrastructure can be challenging & requires an understanding of potential customer’s internal processes. Your curiosity and gentle persistence will help in solving challenges related to implementation & clinical adoption.
Who we’re looking for:

You can show:
- Prior performance: Consistently meeting or exceeding targets in software sales, ideally within healthcare, SaaS or other technical sales processes.
- Proactivity & Resilience: You don’t wait for opportunities—you create them. You’re comfortable with rejection and can maintain a positive, proactive attitude (e.g. if a potential new customer decides the timing is not right to deploy BoneXpert).
- Empathy & Curiosity: You have an innate curiosity about your customers' challenges and genuinely enjoy asking thoughtful questions to understand their needs. Listening is your superpower.
- Technical Comfort: while you don’t need to be an engineer, familiarity with software solutions or healthcare systems (e.g. PACS, DICOM) is a plus. Knowledgeable of human biology (e.g. endocrinology), radiology and/or radiological systems will help you hit the ground running.
- Confidence in Complex Sales: You’re comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder situations & you can give examples as to how you’ve done this before. You’re able to manage numerous opportunities at the same time, to build a strong pipeline.
- Strong communication skills: We speak English in the office. French, Spanish, German, Italian and other languages are an advantage.
