We are looking for a driven and organized Laboratory technician to join our QC lab in a fast-paced development.
The role
As our new Laboratory technician, you will be joining the QC team responsible for testing our equipment before release.
The team of 2. The new role will be playing a critical part in updating and describing the process in QA and QC.

Key responsibilities
- Plan and perform QC test
- Cell culturing
- Write procedures for QC/QA and support other teams in describing their process
- Assist in RD laboratory when needed
- Work to help resolve non conformance and perform root cause analysis
- Participate in daily laboratory task
Profile & key qualifications
- Educated Laboratory technician.
- Experience working in a QC lab with a minimum of 3-5 years experience.
- Structured and organized.
- Experience with EHS work is preferred
- Supports performance and reporting of experiments within assigned R&D projects.
- Highly driven and motivated work ethic.
- Ability to work independently.
- A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment, capable of managing multiple activities simultaneously while maintaining an overview.
- Service-minded, enthusiastic, and enjoys solving complex problems with a general technical flair and a "can do, will do" mindset.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willing to assist colleagues and comfortable asking for help when needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
