Job Description
We’re looking for an Office Assistant to support us on Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., plus ad hoc support at events and similar occasions. Your role is to ensure the office appears professional, operates smoothly, and feels welcoming to both our team and visitors.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve our Friday breakfast
- Make sure coffee is ready, and the kitchen stays spotless (incl. emptying the dishwasher)
- Support with office events like Friday bars, team lunches, and community activities (also occasionally outside Friday 8–12)
- Keep the office tidy, stocked, and well-presented for external guests
- Be the practical go-to person on Fridays in the office (8:00–12:00)
What You Bring
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented – you notice the small things
- A service mindset: you enjoy making spaces welcoming and professional
- Experience in office support, service, or events is a plus, but attitude matters most
- Flexibility to step in ad hoc at events and other activities when needed
