Marketing Content Specialist
The Opportunity:
We are looking for a highly execution-driven Marketing and Content Operations Specialist to help scale Dawn Health’s marketing activities. This is a hands-on role centered around content production, asset development, and marketing execution across channels. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and play a key role in ensuring that ideas, campaigns, and narratives become high-quality, shipped outputs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, structuring, and refining marketing materials while operating in a fast-moving and collaborative environment.
This role exists to increase execution capacity, consistency, and marketing throughput at Dawn Health. Success in this role means helping ensure that ideas do not remain concepts but become high-quality, visible, and impactful outputs.
What You’ll Do:
Reporting and collaboration
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Works closely with: Business Development, Product, Design, Regulatory & QA teams
Content and asset production
Drive the creation, adaptation, and refinement of marketing assets such as:
- LinkedIn posts and short campaigns
- Website content and case pages
- Presentations and one-pagers
- Visual and video-based materials
Translate ideas, raw material, and strategic input into clear, structured, and publishable content.
Ensure consistency across formats, channels, and messaging.
Marketing execution and channels
Support and execute marketing activities across Dawn Health’s primary channels:
- LinkedIn and digital campaigns
- Website updates and content structuring
- Campaign and asset deployment
Help maintain a high standard of quality, clarity, and professionalism across outputs.
Execution and workflow coordination
Coordinate with designers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to keep initiatives moving.
Support marketing workflows, timelines, and asset pipelines.
Help maintain structure and alignment across multiple parallel initiatives.
Campaign and initiative support
Assist in operationalizing marketing initiatives related to:
- Thought leadership and content programs
- Partner and ecosystem activities
- Account-based and commercial initiatives
Contribute to ensuring that campaigns and initiatives execute smoothly and consistently.
About you:
- Early-career to mid-level profile (approximately 1–3 years of experience preferred)
- Background in marketing, communications, or related fields
- Strong written English
- Comfortable working with structured messaging and complex topics
- Organized and reliable with strong attention to detail
- You enjoy turning ideas into tangible outputs.
- You are comfortable working in an environment with multiple parallel initiatives and shifting priorities.
- You take pride in structure, clarity, and getting things shipped.
- You are proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
- You are comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly.
Nices to haves - bonus points:
- Experience in B2B, life sciences, healthcare, or regulated environments is a strong advantage, but not required.
- Video, visual, or design-adjacent skills are a plus.
