The Opportunity
Dawn Health is a leading digital health company enabling Life Science partners to build beautifully designed, high-reliability digital products at speed and in compliance with the highest quality standards.
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to play a key role in our day-to-day IT operations and support our growing Copenhagen office. You will work closely with colleagues across Finance, People & Culture, Operations, and Tech to ensure a stable, secure, and efficient IT environment that enables teams to perform at their best.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment where quality, security, and structure matter.
Role Overview
- Act as the primary point of contact for IT Support (hardware, software, network, identity, and access)
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests with a strong focus on user experience
- Manage user and hardware lifecycle (procurement, inventory, asset tracking, replacements)
- Support day-to-day administration of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (user management, groups, access assignments)
- Support endpoint security operations and follow established IT security best practices
- Participate in IT-related projects and improve documentation and knowledge base materials
- Troubleshoot meeting room and AV setups (Teams Rooms, conferencing equipment)

Required Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in an IT Support, IT Operations, or IT Technician role
- Practical experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Experience with endpoint/device management (e.g., Intune or similar MDM)
- Familiarity with IT security best practices (MFA, access control, endpoint security)
- Experience with ITSM systems and structured ticket handling
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi troubleshooting)
- Professional communication skills in English (written and verbal)

- Relevant degree in IT or related field
- Experience with IT access management
- Experience with FreshService
- Experience with working in regulated environments
- Experience with basic automation or workflow optimization
