Role Overview:
We're looking for a proactive, resilient, and relationship-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us build something new.
This is a pipeline-building role, focused primarily on outbound prospecting and generating qualified opportunities for our sales team. You will be responsible for identifying target accounts, engaging key decision-makers, and booking high-quality meetings within life sciences and pharmaceuticals.
Your primary responsibility is to create new business opportunities through consistent outbound outreach and strategic prospecting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and follow-ups
- Identify and research target accounts within pharma, biotech, life sciences, market research firms, and consultancies
- Engage decision-makers and qualify leads based on fit and opportunity potential
- Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives and senior sales team members
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach activity consistently
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
- Gather market feedback from conversations to help refine positioning and outreach strategy
- Consistently hit activity and meeting targets
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or outbound prospecting (experience in knowledge services, professional services, or life sciences is a plus - but not essential)
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity, including daily cold calling
- Resilient and persistent - you understand that outbound takes consistency and are willing to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Competitive, target-driven mindset with a desire to grow into a closing role over time
- Curious and proactive - you enjoy researching accounts and tailoring outreach to get the job done
