Gubra is expanding our Scientific Sales team and we are looking for a Scientist with profound interest in sales and business development to join our Sales Team. You will be reporting to the Head of Scientific Sales and working close with the rest of the Scientific Sales team.
At Gubra we primarily work within the metabolic and fibrotic space with therapeutic areas including obesity, sarcopenia, diabetes, MASH, renal diseases, CNS, IPF as well as woman’s health. Your primary area of responsibility will be to work together with the rest of the team and support with designing of in vivo studies, price setting as well internal onboarding of studies. Over time you are expected to develop into a role where you will drive the dialogue with key customers and to help grow new therapeutic areas.
Your primary areas of responsibility will be:
- Designing preclinical studies in close collaboration with the Sales team/clients
- Identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities using our CRM platform HubSpot
- Preparing sales presentations, market analyses, and marketing materials
- Attending and presenting at 1-3 international conferences and symposiums annually
- Over time, we expect you to engage in scientific and commercial dialogue with existing and new customers
- Over time, we expect you to manage strategically important customer accounts
We are looking for a person, who:
- Has a relevant scientific master or PhD focused on metabolic or fibrotic diseases
- Has excellent communication skills in English, both in writing and verbally
- Has experience with designing and conducting preclinical studies
- Has experience with in vivo pharmacology
- Has experience or profound interest in B2B sales and business development
- Is energetic, proactive and build stakeholder relationships easily
- Is well-structured, analytical and has a hands-on approach
