Job Description
We’re looking for an
Interim Office Assistant to support us mainly on
Fridays (plus ad hoc when needed). Your role is to ensure the office looks professional, runs smoothly, and feels welcoming for both our team and visitors.
What you’ll do
- Prepare and serve our Friday breakfast 🍞🥐☕
- Make sure coffee is ready and the kitchen stays spotless (incl. emptying the dishwasher)
- Support with office events like Friday bars, team lunches, and community activities
- Keep the office tidy, stocked, and well-presented for external guests
- Be the practical go-to person on Fridays
What you bring
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented, you notice the small things
- A service mindset: you enjoy making spaces welcoming and professional
- Experience in office support, service, or events is a plus, but attitude matters most
- Flexible to step in ad hoc if needed
