About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Veeva Regulatory Consultant to lead and support initiatives across the Veeva Vault RIM suite, including Registrations, Submissions, Submissions Archive, and Publishing. The ideal candidate will bring over a decade of experience in regulatory systems and processes, strong consulting capabilities, and a forward-thinking approach to leveraging Generative AI tools for innovation and efficiency.
As a Senior Veeva Regulatory Consultant your responsibilities include:
- Lead configuration and optimization of Veeva Vault RIM modules, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business goals.
- Design and implement custom reports and data models to support regulatory insights and compliance.
- Provide strategic consulting and guidance to stakeholders across regulatory, IT, and business teams.
- Utilize Gen AI tools to enhance automation, data analysis, and decision-making in regulatory operations.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery including solutioning and stakeholder engagement.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to drive adoption and understanding of next gen solution capabilities.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and Veeva product enhancements.

What makes you the best person for this job?
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in regulatory processes and systems within the life sciences industry.
- Proven expertise in Veeva Vault RIM (Registrations, Submissions, Submissions Archive, Publishing).
- Experience with Veeva Vault configuration, reporting, and data modeling.
- Strong consulting acumen with the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools in a regulatory or enterprise setting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
On top of this, you have the following preferred qualifications:
- Veeva Vault Certification(s).
- Experience working in a GxP-compliant environment.
- Familiarity with global regulatory standards (e.g., eCTD, IDMP, xEVMPD).
- Multilingual capabilities (especially in French, Danish, German or Italian) are a plus.
