Service Director

For one of the leading players in advanced equipment to hospitals and laboratories we are searching for a Service Director to spearhead the further development of Axlab’s high-quality service across the company.
Axlab delivers solutions throughout Europe and the United State, committed to shaping the future of high-quality patient diagnostics by ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of the equipment.
As the Service Director it is your responsibility to develop and execute Axlab's service strategy, concept and offerings across various markets. You ensure that the service strategy aligns with the company’s strategy and business goals, and further, you consistently focus on maintaining a service experience that meets customer expectations and aligns with company standards. You will encompass the continuous development of innovative, and scalable service solutions that supports the company’s international growth potential.
Axlab employs both in-house technicians and international service partners dedicated to delivering uncompromising service, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, quality systems, and internal procedures.
In your role you work closely with your team and your colleagues in management, sales, product management, and application to align service offerings and provide customer insights.
Your profile
The Service Director has strong technical insights, a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach. You preferably hold a relevant technical degree or business education, combined with a solid experience from similar role within service development and delivery towards hospitals and/or laboratories.
You possess strong social skills, and you are collaborative, positive, and inspire trust.
You are a natural leader, who with strong analytical skills and industry knowledge can set a clear direction, and are able to engage and motivate employees, colleagues, clients and service partners.
As English is the corporate language, you are able to communicate at a professional level, both spoken and written, and further, you can communicate effortless in Danish. You develop and manage your responsibilities based on data and insights, and you have strong IT skills.
