Currently, we are looking for a new Senior Supplier Relationship Manager to build and lead our supplier relationship management. This role is pivotal in driving supplier excellence, mitigating risks, and optimizing value across the supply chain. Reporting to the Head of Procurement, the incumbent will guide the development and implementation of robust supplier onboarding, assessment, and relationship management processes, while fostering strategic sourcing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in procurement best practices, with a proven track record of building and transforming supplier ecosystems to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and innovation in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead supplier onboarding and assessments, ensuring compliance with data security (incl. NIS2), ESG, financial, and risk standards
- Build and manage strategic supplier relationships through governance, segmentation, and performance optimization
- Oversee procurement systems and processes, driving automation, transparency, and regulatory alignment
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including vendor selection, bidding, and contract negotiations
- Conduct risk assessments and define KPIs to strengthen supply chain resilience and supplier accountability
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align procurement strategies with business objectives
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience
- Experience in procurement and supplier relationship management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
- Extensive knowledge of S2C and P2P processes, strategic sourcing methodologies, and regulatory compliance (e.g., NIS2, ESG frameworks)
- Proven expertise in risk management, contract negotiation, and supplier performance optimization in complex, global supply chains
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in procurement tools (e.g., ERP systems, SRM software) and data-driven decision-making
- Strong communication skills, negotiation, and leadership abilities, with a track record of building strategic partnerships
