Lead the Advocacy Revolution in Bleeding Disorders
We're seeking a digital fluent advocate who can amplify voices of people with bleeding disorders. You'll lead our patient advocacy strategy from grassroots community building to social media campaigns, using digital tools and storytelling to create real systemic change.
Your work will transform how society understands, funds, and treats rare bleeding disorders going beyond traditional pharma communications to create genuine advocacy impact that changes lives and improves healthcare access.

What You'll Do
Build Launch-Ready Advocacy Network & Drive Global Engagement
- Lead advocacy strategy across patient communities, medical societies, and healthcare stakeholders including FDA patient voice initiatives and regulatory engagement.
- Partner with multiple existing and emergingpatient advocacy organizations to coordinate systemic change efforts and mobilize communities around Glanzmann Thrombasthenia, Von Willebrand Disease, Factor VII Deficiency and other bleeding disorders.
- Foster creation and establishment of new patient advocacy groups to address overlooked communities around the world with focus in the United States, Middel East, Europe, and Japan.
- Develop patient champion programs turning lived experiences into powerful narratives and empower share decision making in the community
Drive Digital Engagement
- Own social strategy turning patients into advocates across all platforms; create viral content making bleeding disorders impossible to ignore by KOLs, Payers, and other healthcare leaders to elevate bleeding disorders
- Launch campaigns driving concrete healthcare access improvements and system changes
Who We Want
Must Haves
- Advocacy-first mindset willing to fight systemic barriers for patient benefit
- Digital fluent using social platforms and analytics to drive community mobilization
- Experience with healthcare advocacy, grassroots organizing, or community building
- Brand & launch experience: Experince withproduct launches or brand campaigns in healthcare/pharma
- Bleeding disorders or hematology background preferred, or willingness to develop deep therapeutic area expertise
- Thrives in fast-paced biotech environments with real time problem solving and rapid decision-making
