The QA Student Assistant is a part-time role with us at Sandoz. The incumbent is expected to commit to 30 hours per week (4 days in a week).
Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Support complaint handling by ensuring that technical complaints are appropriately assessed, reported and investigated, when applicable.
- Perform reconciliation with relevant stakeholder, elaborate quarterly and relevant trend reports for complaint handling.
- Handling of FMD Alerts.
- Ensure good collaboration to internal and external stakeholders including third party warehouse and repacker.
- Initiate and complete deviations and corrective and preventive actions and other obligations in due time. Participate in QA investigations activities as appropriate.
- Upload GxP documents and records to Condor.
- Support batch release preparation by taking and uploading photos of samples, when applicable.
- Support Training Manager in Sandoz Nordics. Communicate trainings to Sandoz Nordics People Managers and assign trainings in Up4Growth.
- Support assignment of initials to new employees involved in GxP activities.
- Support record management of the physical archive and dispose records when the defined retention period is reached.
- Support ad hoc non-critical minor tasks in QA, as applicable.
- Support the performance of audits and inspections.
- Support training of new student workers, as applicable.
- Maintain own job description, CV and related documentation.
Essential Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Relevant technical or university education.
- Quality assurance qualification, experience from the pharmaceutical industry specifically regarding complaint handling.
- Quality assurance qualification regarding complaint handling and a high level of quality mindset.
- Danish and English fluent in speaking and writing. Knowledge to Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish
