SimplerQMS is a scale-up SaaS company providing life science eQMS Software that helps medical device and pharmaceutical companies work efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements and regulations.
We are growing internationally and are looking for a full-time Account Executive to work remotely with our team in Denmark, The Philippines and the USA.
You are an expert sales executive, meeting with potential customers in order to bridge their needs to our eQMS solution. You will engage life sciences Quality Assurance Directors, Engineers, IT representatives, and executive team members to demonstrate the value of our digital quality management software, which helps them work more efficiently while meeting strict regulatory requirements.
To succeed in the role, you must have an upbeat, self-starter personality, good IT user skills, and a customer/solutions-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead effective sales meetings where you will qualify sales opportunities, demonstrate use cases, present/negotiate quotations, and advise potential customers on how SimplerQMS can help them work efficiently and in compliance with Quality regulations
- Actively follows up on sales opportunities through phone and email
- Generate and follow up on quotations for our eQMS software
- Act as a subject matter expert within the realm of our eQMS solution
- Discover and understand the decision-making process within the customer organization
- Engage with customers to answer their questions, write proposals, complete RFP’s etc.
- Reach out to potential customers through LinkedIn and other channels to generate additional sales pipeline.
- Work closely together with the SimplerQMS team (in Sales, Customer Success and Development) to deliver a high-quality service in the sales process
- Provide input and feedback to our product development team to capture improvement ideas and unmet customer needs
- Work collaboratively within our sales & marketing team to increase knowledge and improve the quality of our go-to-market activities
What We Are Looking For:
- 3-5+ Years SaaS sales experience
- Experience with quality processes in a life science organization a huge plus
- Critical Thinking - Understand customer needs and bridge them to solutions
- Bias for Action – Proactively engages with prospective new clients and follows up accordingly to secure new business
- Tactful Aggression – Can read the room and knows when and how to move the opportunity forward
- Learning Mindset – Fast learner of SaaS product and internal processes/systems. Desire to be the Subject Matter Expert on our software and the needs and objectives of our client base
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Fluent in English
