The goal of the global commercial operations team is to support our different practice teams to accelerate and utilize commercial opportunities and work on aligning our offering, processes, and Ways of Working across countries. You will be located at the Copenhagen office, while collaborating closely with senior management in Amsterdam, Copenhagen, and Stockholm.
What You Do / Responsibilities
Business Development Support:
- Assist in various business development activities, including crafting proposals and organising events.
- Focus on winning, retaining, and expanding business by consistently upholding high standards.
Development Of Commercial Materials
- Create and unify commercial materials for ADC, such as pitch decks, proposals, and PowerPoint presentations, ensuring they meet our quality standards before being sent to clients
Commercial Collaboration
- Act as a commercial sparring partner to consulting teams.
- Aid in achieving commercial objectives such as hosting events, conducting outreach campaigns, and supporting key account management activities.
CRM Management And Improvement
- Serve as the commercial superuser of HubSpot CRM.
- Propose and implement enhancements that streamline processes and improve effectiveness.
What you bring: - Minimum Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience.
- Understanding of data and/or data science and its business context.
- Passion for commerce and entrepreneurial mindset
- You have natural networking skills to build strong relationships and a high level of self-motivation.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and pay attention to detail. Adherence to deadlines and meeting expectations are important to you.
- You have a practical approach (pragmatism) to problem-solving that keeps you grounded and results-oriented.
- You have good PowerPoint skills, can tell stories, solve problems in a structured way, and communicate from the top down.
“Nice To Have”
- Proven experience from case competitions or similar experience in consulting
- Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM system is a big plus
- Background in economics or business administration. However, these skills can be acquired in many places, so we encourage you to apply if you have the required skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Danish.
- Strong experience in working with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.).
