The roleWe’re looking for someone who lives at the intersection of dev and storytelling - our first marketing hire who will own and grow the developer experience from the ground up. You’ll take our powerful social intelligence API and make it feel like magic for devs building the next generation of conversational AI, EdTech, and training products.
You’ll write the docs, build the demos, inspire the community, and make our API so well-documented, well-supported, and well-loved that using it becomes a no-brainer.

What you'll do- Define and lead our Developer Relations strategy – from positioning to initiatives and everything in between.
- Create technical content that actually helps: developer docs, integration guides, sample apps, blog posts, videos, and more.
- Build in public – contribute to our open-source repos, engage in dev forums, and share your learnings to grow awareness and trust.
- Engage with early adopters – support their implementation, gather feedback, and turn it into product insights.
- Shape the developer journey – ensure our onboarding, docs, and support are intuitive, inspiring, and fast.
- Represent Interhuman at events, online communities, and wherever the right builders hang out.
- Champion the community – grow our presence on Discord, GitHub, and wherever developers want to engage.
- Create case studies that tell the story of how developers are building amazing things with our API.
What you bring- You love bridging product and community and making technical things feel approachable and exciting.
- You have experience in DevRel, developer marketing, or as a technical founder in a B2D or B2B setting.
- You’ve built (and ideally grown) a developer community before.
- You can write really well - whether it’s docs, tutorials, or tweets, you make the complex clear.
- You can code – enough to build demos and integrations in React, Next.js, Python, Node, or similar stacks.
- You’re comfortable being externally visible (events, content, support) and internally collaborative (PM, engineering, leadership).
- You care deeply about user experience and messaging that truly resonates with developers.
- You're ready to own this domain as our first DevRel hire and lay the foundation for what comes next.
Bonus points if you- Have experience launching developer docs, GitHub repos, or running API onboarding initiatives.
- Have worked with ML, AI, or conversational products.
- Have hosted hackathons, created starter kits, or run your own tech blog or YouTube channel.
- Love nerding out about good docs, beautiful onboarding flows, and empowering devs to build faster.
