Business Consultant for Life Science & Pharma Industry

About the Role:
As a Business Consultant, you will support DAQUMA’s Life Science and Pharma clients with execution and advisory tasks on dedicated projects. These projects will primarily focus on the organizational areas of IT, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, or Commercial. You will be exposed to a wide range of assignments, allowing you to develop and refine your skills in various domains based on your interests and expertise.
Typical Roles:
- Business Analyst support for data migration projects.
- Junior Project Manager for onsite projects.
- System Configurator.
- Service Manager.
Depending on your expertise and interests, your work may include:
- Data analysis and reporting.
- IT or Data Project Management.
- IT system implementation.
- Strategy assessment and execution.
- Workshop facilitation and management.
- Requirement analysis and system selection/proposal.
- Handling service and support tickets of our technology products.
What We Are Looking For:
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience.
- A consultancy mindset, the ability to structure and lead projects in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with the Life Science value chain (R&D, Regulatory, Quality, or Commercial).
- A solid technical understanding with an interest in technology and data.
- The ability to work independently as well as in collaborative teams.
Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus:
- Veeva experience or certification.
- Previous consultancy experience.
- Business and/or data analysis experience.
- Service management support experience.
