Senior Finance Analyst to join FP&A team in Sanos Group

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team at Sanos Group. In this key role, you will be instrumental in executing on our financial strategy by providing critical insights and support to drive strategic decision-making across the organization. Your key role and responsibilities
As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will proactively provide financial analysis to the management team and act as a finance business partner to operational entities. The FP&A team has a wide range of responsibilities and aims to create stakeholder value through the following tasks:
- Consolidation of Group financials, preparing monthly reports, and delivering financial insights to management and the Board
- Support in financial strategic planning and advise on larger investments, including mergers and acquisitions.
- Develop financial profitability models and evaluate business cases
- Drive budgeting and forecasting for operational entities, developing and running financial models.
- Lead cost controlling models and support financial risk management, ensuring the organization's financial health and strategic growth.
You will join our Finance team of five people and work closely with colleagues across the organization. You will organizationally report to Senior Director of Finance & Strategy, Mark Gandrup.

Desired skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should have a relevant master’s degree in finance or economics and business administration, along with 1-3 years of experience in a FP&A position or similar. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to translate data into valuable financial insights, and have excellent Excel skills with a flair for IT systems. Your ability to convey information accurately and clearly to colleagues without an economic background is essential.

With a proactive attitude, excellent analytical capabilities, and a solution-oriented approach, you are interested in developing and optimizing processes and financial workflows.
