We are searching for a talented HR Generalist who is truly engaged and excited about taking on the various responsibilities and tasks that come with day-to-day operations in a busy HR department. In this central role, you will collaborate closely with the HR Manager and COO to continuously provide a supportive, professional and value-adding HR environment to Visiopharm’s managers and employees.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures (vacation, reimbursements, leave, etc.)
- Managing onboarding and offboarding
- Administration of HR Data, Organizational Charts and HR Platform (Mindkey)
- Preparation of contracts, addendums and other documentation
- Coordination of recruitment process, including job postings
- Supporting annual tasks e.g. employee development interviews and salary adjustments
- General manager and employee support
- Coordination of training budget for employee training and development
- Drive monthly salary or serve as back-up (VISMA in DK and via external providers in DE, NL, UK, SE, FR and CH).
- Handling of reimbursements related to sick leave and maternity/paternity leave
- Participation in upcoming HR projects (L&D platform, Values & Culture, Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, Digitalization of HR processes).
- Updating of our HR process descriptions
Your qualifications and personal skills:
- Relevant education in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar
- Min. 3 years experience in a generalist or similar HR role
- Knowledge of Danish Employment Law and best practices in HR
- Service-minded and approachable with strong people-skills
- Structured approach to work with a keen eye for the detail
- Thrive doing both routine tasks and taking on new challenges independently
- You have a high level of integrity and can maintain confidentiality
- Fluent in English and adept at working across diverse cultures
- Experience with DISC profiling or similar is an advantage (but not a must)
- Experience with or interest in the use of AI in HR
