About the Role
As Senior Manager, Supply Chain you will lead and coordinate commercial product launches while overseeing the comprehensive end-to-end Product Supply Chain operations.
Key responsibilities include planning and execution of the Y-mAbs’s product supply for commercial launches, maintaining and balancing capacity planning to ensure a robust quarterly S&OP process.
Develop and implement value-enhancing supply chain procedures, monitor and evaluate CMO performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial launches, collaborating with new and existing partners.
- Plan and execute the supply chain for the company’s products.
- Oversee and optimize forecast accuracy, capacity planning, inventory management policies to ensure successful implementation of S&OP processes.
- Contribute to the establishment of an efficient distribution network.
- Implement necessary value adding supply chain procedures, change-management system setup, processes, and track-and-trace with relevant CMOs and distributors.
- Contribute to implementing an efficient supply chain master data management process.
- Monitor CMO performance and engage the CMOs to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Manage the operational coordination with distribution partners (forecasting, order fulfilment, customer service, etc.).
- Back up for clinical trial supply depending on project needs.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or similar within a relevant area.
3+ yrs of relevant work experience
Proven experience with:
- Supply Chain management preferably of pharma products from a pharmaceutical company.
- Experience in working with CMO’s is an advantage.
- Experience with the regulatory aspects of pharma distribution (GDP) in both the US and Europe.
- Knowledge of GMP is an advantage.
Skills:
- Excellent project management skills.
- Structured, organized with a high level of attention to detail.
- Capable of adhering to timelines.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken, at a professional level.
This position is based in our Hørsholm (Copenhagen), Denmark office.
Travelling: Approximately 20 days per year.
