We are seeking a curious, determined yet friendly professional who is interest in developing project management, problem solving, and leadership skills. As a Junior Consultant, you will support a multibillion-dollar pharmaceutical project in Holly Springs, North Carolina. Tasks will range from meeting room or desktop-based to hands-on coordination on an active greenfield site. Your day-to-day activities will vary, but you can expect to facilitate leadership and field meetings, support critical project programs, and create dashboards and tools to drive actions.

We expect the following profile:

You have a bachelor or master level degree, preference to technical degrees with a specialization in engineering, mechanics, architecture, biotechnology, lean manufacturing/production, automation, construction, or similar.
You have 0-4 years of work experience, work experience including internship or COOPs is a plus
You thrive in a fast-paced, professional, project environment with a steep learning curve.
You are a good team player but also independent and take initiative.
You aspire to learn quickly and want to eventually grow into a leader to mentor others
You are motivated to continuously learn and consider development a priority
You are driven by a desire for creating successful stories with our clients in a complex and challenging industry
You have great communication skills in English both written and oral
