About the Position
As Validation Engineer, you will be at the forefront of their Validation team, driving validation and qualification efforts for their state-of-the-art environmental monitoring system. You will be responsible for organizing daily project activities, addressing customer inquiries, and developing comprehensive qualification protocols and documentation. You will perform thermal measurements on-site or remotely as necessary. Collaborating closely with dedicated specialists and maintaining effective communication with customers will be essential to succeed in this role. You must be comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up environment with travel of up to 50%, mainly domestic, some international to Denmark. This role is based out of their new facility in Raleigh, NC, and reports directly to the Validation Team Lead. Your responsibilities include:
- Organize and manage daily project activities related to validation and qualification efforts for the environmental monitoring system
- Address customer inquiries and concerns, and provide clear and comprehensive responses to ensure customer satisfaction
- Oversee validation projects for clients, ranging from smaller firms to prominent pharmaceutical companies to ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance
- Develop and craft qualification protocols and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals
- Conduct thermal measurements on-site or remotely as necessary to support validation activities
- Collaborate closely with dedicated specialists and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and successful validation outcomes
- Maintain effective communication with customers throughout the validation process, and provide updates and progress reports as needed
- Provide consultancy services to clients, offering expertise and guidance on validation processes and regulatory adherence to support their operational needs
What We Expect from You
Your Work Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Min. 2 years of proven project management experience
- Robust experience in validation documentation and regulatory requirements is a big plus
- Experience working with regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals is a big plus
- Experience in a startup environment is a plus
- Sound negotiation and consultative experience to build long-term relationships
- Comfortable with technology & proficient in Google Suite
- Ability to travel up to 50%, mainly domestic and some international. Onboarding will take place in Copenhagen, Denmark
