Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biopharmaceutical Technology, Life Sciences, Lean Manufacturing, or a relevant field
- Proficient with MS Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
- Strong data analytics and PowerPoint slide creation abilities
- Strong Communication & Presentation Skills
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree
- Proven Leadership experience with small teams
- Experience in project management or lean implementation
- Experience working in a GMP environment
- Experience leading a small team comprised of colleagues and client representatives

Responsibilities
Tasks vary based on the client and project but may include the following:
- Manage various capital or engineering projects
- Implementation of Lean methodologies
- Facilitate team decision-making meetings
- Lead client workshops
- Help senior staff with the development of executive leadership presentations
