About the position

Responsibilities:
As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible of maintenance and development of our facilities in order to meet future needs. Your main responsibilities:
- ensure that Bioneer’s infrastructures including HVAC, water systems, environmental systems and other selected systems are documented at preset intervals and can be approved by QA
- general and preventive building maintenance including utilities (ventilation, reverse osmosis and Milli-Q water systems, compressed air, cooling systems etc.)
- contribute to development of facilities including new laboratories that Bioneer may decide to build
- preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment (refrigerators/freezers, safety cabinets, fume hoods, balances, centrifuges etc.)
- alarm systems, incl. technical alarms on equipment and personnel alarms
- fire safety management, incl. fire sensor check
- biosafety (Security Responsible Officer)
Qualifications:
Proven experience in facility management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of building system and maintenance practices. Preferably you have a technical background, you have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a complex environment. Experience from pharma/biotech companies is an advantage. It is a requirement that you are familiar with IT including e.g. Microsoft Office. It is a requirement that you are capable of communicating in Danish and English including in writing.
