As our Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and handling candidates for positions at Technolution in Hørsholm and our MGS sites in Roskilde, Lynge, Sweden and Belgium.
We can offer you a role
You will spend a lot of time sourcing for candidates for a variety of positions. You are going to act as sparring partner for hiring leads in defining candidate requirements, draft and post job ads, do active search, and screen applicants. Ultimately, your objective is to find talent and ensure they have a positive candidate experience.
There will be plenty of opportunities to improve how we do things today, and we are looking forward to you to take lead on optimizing the area of talent acquisition. We hope you have experience with utilizing new technologies in this field and are eager to help us track and report on TA metrics.
We have a few wishes too
You have 3+ years of proven experience working in with recruitment, and you have solid experience with sourcing for specialized roles, ideally within our industry. You know how to manage a large pipeline of positions and have excellent stakeholder management skills.
Your LinkedIn search capabilities are above average, and you probably take interest in employer branding and are using it actively when sourcing.
You can choose yourself whether your primary workplace is in Roskilde, Lynge or Hørsholm, as you regularly need to be physically present at those sites.
