Visibuilt is looking for a junior researcher to help optimize our fungal substrate recipe, visiBIT, in Høje Taastrup, near Copenhagen.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Be:
- Handling agricultural side-streams.
- Working with fungal inoculation.
- Making and developing prototypes.
- Writing protocols and reporting results.
Requirements:
To succeed in the position, we expect you to:
- You are enrolled at a master’s degree in Chemistry, Material science or similar.
- You have some training of working in a laboratory and preferably with sterile conditions.
- Be ready to work physically at our production and test facilities in Høje Taastrup, near Copenhagen.
- Be eligible to work in Denmark.
Work-hours & Compensation:
We are looking for a part-time employment (10-15 hours per week). Salary expectations are competitive to student jobs in the Copenhagen area. The office has free snacks, coffee, and tea and you will be invited to particiapte in social events organized by the company.

Visibuilt is located at the Technological Institute in Høje Taastrup, Denmark, and interfacing with the BioInnovation Institute in Copenhagen. Being part of this strong entrepreneurial ecosystem of other tech startups offers knowledge sharing and discussions with peers or experts and creates a collaborative and vibrant atmosphere.
Start Date:
We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible but preferably no later than November 1, 2024.
