Your new position
As our new
Assistant Medical Operations Manager, the position supports Medical Affairs teams with administrative assistance and day-to-day operational coordination to ensure efficient and compliant execution of activities. The role works across key processes such as contracts, transparency, compliance coordination, and medical material review, and helps enable high-quality delivery through strong stakeholder collaboration.
We Offer Exciting Responsibilities
- Coordinate contract-related processes in close collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders
- Coordinate compliance-related and transparency-related processes to support consistent, compliant execution
- Support day-to-day operations of the Medical Material Review process and related workflows
- Act as a super user and support key activities related to Veeva Vault
- Maintain and support Medical Affairs internal web pages, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Provide logistical and administrative support for Medical Affairs activities (e.g., congresses, expert meetings, advisory boards), including purchase orders, invoicing, and budget tracking
Your profile
The ideal candidate is service-minded, responsive, and professional in collaboration with both internal stakeholders and external partners. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple operational tasks with limited supervision, and a clear compliance mindset.
- BSc (or higher) in Life Sciences or similar
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role (Medical Affairs Operations) in Pharma
- Demonstrated compliance awareness and ability to follow defined processes consistently
- Experience working with review workflows and document/content management systems; Veeva Vault experience is an advantage
- Strong coordination, flexibility and stakeholder management skills; able to liaise with vendors/agencies and cross-functional teams
- Action-oriented and trusted; demonstrates integrity and takes timely ownership of tasks
