Do you want to help shape and tell the stories of 450+ bold first bets and 25 years of legacy – while looking into what the future of technology and venture ecosystems might look like?
Then this might have your name on it. We’re looking for a Brand & Communications Assistant (student role) to help make the PSV story travel – clearly, creatively, and with impact.
Who We Are
At PSV, we back founders who build companies that matter.
We operate as a venture house. A collection of funds with a shared setup designed to strengthen both the companies we invest in, and the ecosystem they grow in.
The role
You’ll be part of a small but high-impact Brand & Communications team, where your job is to help turn complexity into clarity. Whether it's distilling the frontier of technology, communicating why European tech sovereignty is important or telling the story of a founder who is on a mission to change the world.
You’ll work across both strategy and execution - meaning you won’t just roll up your sleeves to make things happen but also help shape how we communicate and position ourselves.
With This Role, You Can Expect To
- Support the development and execution of brand and communication strategies
- Develop communication and branding material for both PSV and our portfolio companies
- Create content and experiment with new formats
- Help craft narratives around investments, founders, thought leadership etc.
- Plan and participate in ecosystem events
- Contribute to press releases, presentations, and visual material
- Ensure consistency across our visual identity and tone of voice
- Support internal communication across teams
In short: you'll get to do a bit of everything and can expect real responsibility from day one.
If this fits you, you fit us
We’re not looking for a perfect CV. We’re looking for potential, curiosity, and drive. Someone who is:
- Preferably studying a bachelor’s degree, but master’s students are also welcome (e.g. within communication or business-related fields)
- A strong written communicator in both Danish and English
- Able to engage with tone of voice and bring personality into your writing
- Curious about venture, technology, and the people pushing ideas forward
- Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
- Visually minded, with a sense of what works (and what looks good)
- Know your way around tools like PowerPoint – and maybe Figma or Photoshop
What It’s Like Working At PSV
At PSV, we take our work seriously - but not ourselves.
You’ll be working alongside sharp, ambitious and occasionally slightly mad minds: People who care deeply about what they do and the footprint they leave in the world. We value curiosity and ownership, and people who can zoom out to see the bigger picture while still executing in the details.
Our office is more than milestones and meetings. Lunches together, Friday bars, chats by the coffee machine, or a game of ping-pong are all a part of whatmakes the workplace come alive.
Application
If the above resonates and you’re the one we’re looking for we would love to hear from you.
This is a student position (15–20 hours/week), with flexibility around your studies, exams, and holidays.
We review applications on an ongoing basis, so don’t wait too long.
