The Head Customer Service & Warehouse & Distribution for the Nordic region is a critical leadership position responsible for ensuring best-in-class customer service, efficient and compliant warehouse & distribution operations, and strong partnerships with key wholesalers and customers. You will play a central role in safeguarding product availability, optimizing logistics performance, and driving strategic collaboration across Commercial, Finance, Regulatory, Quality and Supply Chain functions.
Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Full ownership of Warehouse & Distribution operations across the Nordics, including contract negotiations, performance management, implementation of efficiency initiatives and drive cost optimizations
- Ensure continuous audit readiness and adherence to all regulatory requirements (GxP)
- End-to-end accountability for authority reporting and compliance documentation
- End-to-end ownership of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes across the Nordics
- Lead and develop the Nordic Customer Business Partner team
- Own and lead wholesaler contracts, including commercial and logistics agreements
- Drive strategic and tactical collaboration with wholesalers, recognized as an extension of the company in each market
- Lead governance forums to monitor performance, contractual obligations, and identify growth opportunities
- Accountable for Customer Service Levels (CSL), Stock-in-Trade (SiT), and cost management
- Oversee invoice validation, approvals, and cost checks related to logistics and wholesaler operations
- Ensure robust financial controls and compliance with internal policies and external audit requirements
Essential Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Masters degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, Finance, Commercial or related field
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Logistics
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners
- Solid track record in Warehouse & Distribution operations, including 3PL management
- Experience managing Order-to-Cash processes and customer service functions
- Strong exposure to commercial contracts, particularly with wholesalers or large distribution partners
- Experience operating in multi-country/regional roles (Nordics or Europe preferred)
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance service, cost, and compliance
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational execution
- Strong process optimization and simplification experience
- Strong financial understanding and ability to manage budgets and cost structures
- Deep understanding of regulatory requirements (GDP/GxP)
- Data-driven decision-making mindset. Strong user of SAP, Excel
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
