As Head of Supply Chain and reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will manage business-critical relationships with commercial partners and CMOs, ensuring reliable delivery of high-quality products while driving continuous improvements.
Securing seamless supplies throughout our global commercial territories
As Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for securing supplies for our global commercial territories. You will do this with accurate planning in close collaboration our commercial partners, CMOs, and colleagues across multiple functions.
More specifically, you will be responsible for forecasting, orders, ensure that all supply chain activities are managed and completed while maintaining superior delivery performance.
Your key tasks include:
- End-to-end supply chain management, including supply planning and forecasting in collaboration with global commercial partners, CMOs, and API suppliers
- Stakeholder engagement across internal teams and external partners
- Supply chain process improvement and documentation – including integration of Supply Management System into the existing ERP platform

You are self-driven and comfortable operating in a smaller team with an informal work environment. You understand the importance of stakeholder management and know how to navigate external and internal stakeholders, functions and cultures. Flexibility and adaptability are essential, along with curiosity and the ability to solve problems independently.
We expect you to have 7-10 years’ experience in supply chain in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry. You possess a good understanding of manufacturing and GMP. You speak and write English effortlessly and excellent communication skills are important, as the role requires frequent interaction with commercial partners, CMOs and internal teams.
