Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Prepare and maintain weekly SAP & BI reports
- Provide support for Master Data updates
- Manage tasks related to Lifecycle management
- Extend new GMDs in SAP and request necessary data
- Create Gx QEM actions and follow up on them
- Support with ad hoc tasks, primarily data and analytics related
- Handle narcotic drug licenses in accordance with Authority guidelines and GxP practices
- Support and adhere to GDP and GxP standards at all times

- You are studying bachelor in pharmacy, supply chain, operations management or related fields
- Strong customer orientation and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent communication skills in English – spoken as well as written
- Experience working with Windows Office package is essential (extended competences in Excel)
- Able to clearly communicate and engage with external and internal stakeholders
- You are able to act in a fast-paced environment while being quality conscious and well organized with an eye for details
